CBD Holiday Imagination Island: One Hour to Unplug
- Time2026.6.19-6.21

When was the last time you truly went offline?
In an age of endless scrolling and constant notifications, uninterrupted attention has become increasingly rare. When was the last time you set your phone aside and devoted an hour to reading, drawing, writing—or simply doing nothing at all?
Over the Dragon Boat Festival holiday (19–21 June), Taikang Art Museum joins hands with the cultural brand naive to present CBD Holiday Imagination Island, inviting visitors to disconnect from their screens and reconnect with art, books, and quiet reflection.
Inspired by the growing global movement of offline and unplugged gatherings, this programme offers a temporary retreat from digital life—a space where time slows down and attention returns to the present.
Whether you are spending the holiday in Beijing, looking for artistic inspiration, longing to read a printed book again, or simply hoping to take a break from the algorithm, we invite you to spend one uninterrupted hour at Taikang Art Museum.
Read. Sketch. Write. Study. Or simply sit in silence.
Leave behind notifications, deadlines, and endless feeds, and rediscover the pleasure of uninterrupted time.
